Restore factory default settings function
1) Clear WiFi information and IP configuration information

3) Clear hotspot password
4) Turn on system voice prompt
5) Unbind cloud service
6) Alarm function
a. Set the arming state to off
b. Set the alarm area to All
c. The alarm time period is set to all-day alarm
d. Turn off the alarm tone
7) PTZ function
a. Clear the PTZ power-off memory position
b. Clear the PTZ patrol setting
c. Turn off the movement tracking function
8) Light control function
a. The light control is set to [Auto]
b. Clear the timing switch light setting
Preparation before configuration:
1. Power on the camera, press and hold the reset button for a few seconds, and then hear the camera prompts "Reset completed". When the camera prompts "Please scan the QR code on the camera and wait for connection" and the prompt tone "Didi..." is issued, it means that the device is waiting for configuration
2. The mobile phone opens WLAN and connects the WiFi used to configure the camera network
Configuration steps:
1. Open the V380 Pro APP, click the "+" button at the top right corner of the device list, scan the QR code of the body label with your mobile phone, and continue to operate according to the system prompts. If the QR code is damaged, click [Can't find the QR code on the device], and click [QR code connection]
2. Select the WiFi to be configured for the device, enter the WiFi password, and click [Confirm]
3. Point the QR code generated by the mobile phone at the camera lens, and continue to operate according to the system prompts
4. Camera prompts "Received configuration information - WiFi connecting - WiFi connected" indicates successful configuration, and APP prompts "Added successfully"
a. If the mobile phone and camera are connected to the same WiFi, LAN offline, Internet offline
1) Please try to restart the camera to confirm that the camera has been started correctly and connected to WiFi
2) Turn off the router AP isolation function
3) Check whether the mobile phone can be connected to the Internet normally, and the APP has obtained the network permission
b. If the mobile phone and camera are connected to the same WiFi, LAN online, Internet offline
1) Please try to restart the camera and confirm that the camera is already in station mode
2) Check whether the router is connected to the Internet
3) Check whether the router restricts the device from connecting to the Internet
4) Turn off functions such as router firewall, blacklist, mac address binding, etc.
5) If the above methods fail to solve the problem, please contact the technicianl
1)The power supply may be unstable, please try to replace the socket interface, power adapter or power cord. If the power supply still fails to start after replacing the power supply, please contact the seller for after-sales service.
2) If the device fails to start after the online upgrade failure, please contact the technician to provide the upgrade package for manual upgrade. If the manual upgrade fails or after upgraded still cannot start, please contact the seller for after-sales service.

1)After the mobile phone is connected to the device, open the real-time preview interface and click [Replay] on the function bar below to enter the video playback interface
2) Select the segment to be played back by date-time period, and click the play button to play the video online

When the cloud disk space is not full, the storage time of the video file is
a. Total capacity < 64G, can be stored for up to 15 days
b. Total capacity 64G - 128G (not including 128G), can be stored for up to 30 days
c. Total capacity ≥ 128G, can be stored for up to 60 days
Note: The storage time of the video file is not the time that the video can be recorded. When the cloud disk package expires, the video will be automatically deleted after a certain period of time
· ID number is the unique identification number of the camera, each camera corresponds to only one ID
· The ID number is 8 digits, which can be viewed on the label on the device body
· If you have connected the device in the APP, you can view the ID in the device list window
After the APP connects to the device, click the Arm/Disarm icon to turn on/off the alarm function. [Arm] for turning on the alarm function, [Disarm] for turning off the alarm function
· Users can also click [Settings] icon in the device list-[Alarm settings] to turn on/off the alarm function
· For some devices, click [Settings] icon in the device list - [Alarm on] to turn on/off all alarm. Turn on the master button and select corresponding alarm type to enter the setting interface to turn on or turn off this alarm type
Note: The shortcut switch can only turn on/off the alarm function, and does not support modifying other alarm properties
